Bernina Ltd. was registered on 14/11/00 as a commercial body to support the work of the Institute for Bible Translation (IBT). The share of IBT in Bernina's authorised capital amounts to 99%. From the very beginning Bernina has been functioning as a Christian consulting firm providing legal advice and has gained a good reputation in the field. Planning to expand its business, Bernina has set up a new department - the Investment Department - in order to attract foreign capital to Russia and to provide it with consulting support. To fulfill this task, Bernina, besides the company's own staff, has an opportunity to attract first-class specialists in different fields of business activity as well as prominent scholars and analysts, public figures who have connections with authority and commercial structures in different regions of Russia. Bernina's professional, intellectual and public resources enable it to make attractive investment project portfolio, make preliminary examination for projects and bring them up to Western standards.
